The Ophir Fire.--Additional Particulars.

Mr. Wm. H. Martin, the agent of Adams & Co. at Ophir, writes us under date of the 13th inst., in which he says : " Enclosed I send you a full list of the sufferers by the late conflagration in this place. Many of them are left without a cent. lt was less than twenty minutes from the time the fire commenced until our town was in ashes--leaving a large portion of its inhabitants without a change of clothing. Kimball 1.500 Total amount of losses $98,975 ----------♦---------- ¶THE SURVEYING PARTY.— The Alta says that the officers appointed for the survey of one of the routes for the Great National Railroad, (the middle one,) left Martinez on Sunday afternoon. They expect to join the party that set out from Fort Laramie in June last, in the month of October, at Salt Lake. They were well provided and equipped in every particular. Lieut. Stoneman, with 50 picked dragoons, and 100 horses and mules, in splendid order, with six baggage wagons, has the command. Lieut. Williamson is the Captain of the Topographical corps; Mr. Preuss, Draftsman; Dr Hermann, Surgeon. The exploring party to start from the new Territory of Washington, on the upper route, sailed for Columbia river several days since. Lieut. Arnold, from the post at the Presidio, it to take command of the Dragoon escort. ----------♦---------- The American Eagle.— This boat was raised yesterday, and was so little injured that after slight repairs steam was got up upon her and she came down to the city, and is now being repaired at Rincon Point.
