PRESIDENT MKINLEY, SHOT TWICE BY COWARDLY ASSASSIN IN THE PRESENCE OF THOUSANDS OF LOYAL AMERICANS AT BUFFALO, MAY AT ANARCHY'S LATEST OUTRAGE BUFFALO, N. Y., Sept. 7.—The president's physicians issued the following bulletin at 6 o'clock this morning: "Thi president has passed a good night; temperature 102, pulse HO, respiration 24. F. M. RIXEY. ROSWELL PARKE. GEORGE B. CORTELYOU, Secretary/' BUFFALO, N. Y., Sept. 7—At 4:30 the president was still resting easily. The next official bu letin will be given out at 6a. m. BUFFALO, Sept. 7.—At 3 o'clock this (Saturday) morning the following bulletin was issued: "The president continues to rest weil. Temperature, 101.6; pulse, 110: respiration, 24. Signed: P. M. RIXEY. GEORGE CORTELYOU, Secretary."
