Hancock, has been approved and accepted by tbe English company. They have agreed to commence to cut and dei liver in October, 1867, Mabogony, Rosewood, Cui dar, Lignumvllac and Lodgwood, for a certain portion on the profits on the sale cf the wood. They have pledged themselves to abide by the export duty laws of England, and oot to cut but from tbe 2 500 acres of land belonging to R. Barber and John Labode, situated in the southern ports of tbe State of Sinola, Mexico. Tbey commence shipping January, 1868, to any market tbat is most profitable to the company. Tbe shipping has been consolidated under the same arrangement as below, on silver ore to tbe mines. The 7,000 tons of wood that has been contracted for in April, 1867, by parties in Liverpool, 1 England, is not inoluded in this arrangement, but will be delivered by the original parties. The meeting tbat met on tbe 16tb of June, 1867, will be able to make their report on the 28th of August, 1867. The Company ba< applied to the Mexican Government to obtain the right of buying any copper coin, and alFo silver and gold, to be transported to the U S.
