The beautiful Hotel Imperial just finished by the Imperial Land Company, at a cost of ten thousand dollars, is being furnished by the lesssee, Mrs. Laura Waters and it is hoped to have it ready for opening about June 15. The picture shows the building better than words. The rooms are ready now, but the culinary department is not ready and the dining room will not be opened till about the time mentioned. There are

16 guest chaniljers, furnishe^l in white Maple and Willow, aud a dining room 4<J f«*et long to H«'ut aljout 'iO.

The furnishings are Oak for the otlice and reception room, white Maple aud Willow for the parlor and upper sitting room. It ha* all modern improvements, hot and cold water aud is wired for electric lighting.

Mrs. Waters expects to have a nice omnibus to comport with the elegance of the house. She is from San Diego here, a successful and popular hostess, and a prosperous career may be expected for tlhe "Imperial" under her management.
