Haw Blexloo aad Arizona Bills Roper ted to tha .Senate. Washington, Aug. 3.—The New Mexico and Arizona admission bills were reported to the senate today. In tbe caae of New Mexico a constitutional convention is provided for, the delegates to which are to be choaen at an election to be held on the second Tuesday ia Jane, 1895, and tbe convention is to meet on the second Tuesday in tbe following July. In oase they adopt a constitution it is to ba submitted to the people for ratification at an election to be held on the Tuesday after tbe first Monday in November, 1895. The time of residence neceseary to become a voter in fined at six months, instead of 60 days, aa in tbe house bill. Arizona has already adopted a constitution, and the bill in her case provides for admission the let of August, 1895, and the election of a delegate to the Fiity-foortb congress.
