London, Sept. 25.—The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail, in a dispatch dealing with the great increase of American iron and steel imports into Germany, says: "I learn that the Garvin Machine cojnpany and the Niles tool works are going to erect large plants in Berlin. Other important American firms, including the Buffalo Forge company, are expected to follow suit. There is an average of 2,400 pounds value in iron tools imported weekly from New York."
