STOCKTON, July 15.—The Sperry Flour company has been declared unfair by the Longshoremen's union and the Federated Trades of this city anl a boycott placed against all the products of the mills, comprising several brands of flour and by-products. The reason for the boycott is that the company declined to recognise the Longshoremen's union, though it pays union wages, and even more In some cases. The corporation has Urge mills in Stockton, Marysvllle, Buckeye and other places.
