Sausalito Observes Lincoln Day

Joint School Exercises at Lincolti School. The teachers and pupils of South and Central School held a joint celebration of the centennial anniversary of the birth of Abraham Lincoln in Central school on Friday morning, Feb. 12. Notwithstanding the inclement weather the school was crowded. All the exercises were strictly Lincoln from start to finish. Miss McOuire's talk on Lincoln nas unusually interesting. Trustee Fred Linsley complimented the pupils and their teachers upou the excellence of the program and was very glad that the memory of Lincoln was honoredThe following program was rendered : Salute to the flag.
