In South Dakota the State Supreme Court has the right in cases of equity, under which division divorce trials are classed, to go to tha beginning and review everything in the case, and even to direct the issuance of a decree when the lower courts decides adversely totha complainants.

i-HJott Zborowski, who married Mine, de Stuers declared to-day that he bad no doubt of the ultimate outcome and that the Supreme Court was too honorable a board of gentlemen to reverse an action founded upon justice, as was the case of his wife.
