Death of Ex-Judge Edmonds.

M. A. Edmonds, Ez-Ju«!ge of the Superior Court, died at 1 A. m. yesterday, at his residence, 013 Bush street. He had been nnwell for a long time, and his death was not unexpected. He was a member of Oriental Lodge, No. 144, F. and A. M. He was a much esteemed member of the bar ot this city, and during his term on the bench he was very careful in all his decisions, which were noted for the legal talent displayed. Deceased was nearly sixty-four years of age, and leaves a family consisting of a widow, a son and a daughter. The funeral will take place from his late residence to-morrow at 1 p. m.
