Injunction Granted

A writ of injunction was granted yesterday to the Yellow Aster Mining and Milling company, enjoining O. B. Stanton, E. J. Baldwin et al. from trespassing upon or interfering with any of the pro mises, buildings or accessories belonging to the Yellow Aster company. Application for the writ was made to Judge Ross January sth, and the case was argued, yesterday. The fact that the writ was issued will quiet title to >everal pieces of property belonging! to the YeWow Aster, to which Stanton and Baldwin laid claim.
