NEGRO BOY STRUCK ON HEAD BY MALLET DIES

Parents Sign Statement That Blow Was Accidental and Ask That Inquest Be Waived

Levirt lrVin, R years old, a negro, who was struck on the head by a croquet mallet by Jessie Kinsley, 10 years old, also a negro, while playing on the Fourteenth street school grounds Monday afternoon, died at the tounty hospitVl yesterday morning after having been operated on for a frature of the skull. The parents of the two boys signed a written statement to the effect that the blow was purely accidental and asked Coroner Hartwell to waive an Inquest. After Investigating the matter the coroner signed a certificate of accidental death.
