Rev. Dr. Wheeler's Farewell.

The pastoral relations heretofore existing between Rev. Dr. J. E. Wheeler and the Westminster Presbyterian Church of this city was dissolved by the action of the Presbytery, which convened in special session in Sacramento yesterday afternoon. Dr. Wheeler will preach his farewell sermon to the congregation tomorrow and will remove next week toSan Rafael, where he will take charge of Mount Tamalpais Academy.
