SAW THE AFFRAY.

A Runaway Witness Arrested on His Return. On December l, last year, a crowd of rowdies attacked a Greek candy-peddler earned Theodore Kapadacos at 10 r. M. near Mission stieet and Sullivan alley. The Greek grew excited and ftabbed Jack Welch, one of the number. Welch died, and his assailant has been held for trial on a charge of murder.
