Brazilian Rebels Meet With More Successes. They Have Six Thousand Men in Rio Grande do Sul, all Well Equipped. Buenos Ayres, April 8. — Notwithstanding the order of the Brazilian Government foi bidding the transmission of dispatches from Rio Grande do Sal advices have reached here that the Government gunboat Calea bas surrendered to the insurgent fl-et at Rio Grande ao Sal. Tb* land forces of the insurgents number 6000 men, all of whom are well armed and plentifully supplied with provisions. The Portuguese warships Miodelle and Albuquerque, having on board Admiral aa Gama, have sailed hence. Tbeir destinat on is not known. London, April B.— A dispatch to the Times from Buenos Avres says that increased fears are entertained of a commercial crisis in the Argentine Republic within three months, owing to tbe failure of crops and bard times.
