M. E. Services Well Attended.

Both morning and evening services at the Methodist Episcopal church were well attended on Sunday lust. The pastor, Rev. J. 0. Duncan, conducted the morning services, and Key. G. L. Pearson, D. D. district auperiiitendent, officiated in the evening.

On Monday evening the quarterly conference was held in the church, and all reports submitted showed marked improvements over past records. The church is gradually finding the upward movement becoming an easier task, and with a good pastor at the helm, such as is now in charge it will be little trouble to make it one of the most flourishing pastorates in the district.
