These are some of the calls that the Coronado Police Department responded to during the week of Aug. 22 - 28: Aug. 22 -- Narcotics cabinet, drugs, med. equipment stolen from doctor’s office on 1001 blk. of "B" Ave. Aug. 19-2^. -- Cash was reported stolen from a doctor s office on the 1000 block of "B" Ave, Aug, 19-20. - Tools and a radio cassette player were reported stolen from a garage on "J" Ave. _ Miscellaneous planted flowers were reported stolen from a yard on "J" Ave. -- A wallet was reported stolen from unlocked car on "H" Ave, between 8 and 11 pm. Aus> 23 -- Police received a report that a green, 1990 CMC van was just stolen from the 300 blk. of I Ave. Vehicle was pursued & recovered on a dirt road in 1.8., near Dairy Mary Rd. The 2 suspects haven t been located. _ Ninja swords, a lamp and credit cards were reported stolen over the weekend from a house on Third St. -- Two photographs on display in public areas of the Hotel del Coronado were reported stolen around 5 pm. - A CD player and accessories were reported stolen from a car parked overnight on C Ave. -- Cassette tapes stolen from car overnight on 400 blk. of Seventh St., wing window broken to gain entry. -- An unknown tool was used to remove the lock from a car parked overnight on G Ave. Aug. 24 - A 1989 Volkswagen Jetta was reported stolen from in front of a residence on the 700 block of Orange Ave. some time between 10 am Aug. 23 and 2:30 pm Aug. 24. - A television set was reported stolen during the day from a locked apartment on "B" Ave. Aug. 26 - Cash was reported stolen from luggage at a hotel on Orange Ave. -- Approximately S9OO worth of quarters was reported stolen from coin boxes at the laundry mat on Isabella. - Attempted burglary at about 12:30 am at house on Fourth St. Screen of bedroom window was forced open, -- A 33 year old woman, a teacher from the South Bay Union School District, was arrested for the battery ot 2 women on the 1500 block of Orange Ave. about 11 pm. Aug. 27 -- An elderly former Coronado resident reported the theft of over 522.000 through the unauthorized use of her credit cards, while she was living on the island. - Diamond earring were reported stolen from a visitor at Loew's Resort. -- A limited edition bronze sculpture of a nude female was stolen from a gallery on the 1200 block ot First St. -- A video camcorder was reported stolen overnight from a house on "A' Ave. -- San Diego woman was arrested for possession of less than one ounce ot THC. at 1 :40 am on the N.A.B. -- A San Diego woman was arrested at 2 am on the Silver Strand tor possession of a fictitious check. -- A wallet was reported stolen from an office on the 500 block of D Ave. Aug. 28 -- Keys & coins stolen overnight from a safe & vending machine at Coronado City offices on Strand sVay. - Currencv and costume jewelry stolen during the afternoon from a locked apartment on "D" Ave. - Tools were reported stolen overnight from a garage on "A" Ave. - 39 year old man from 1.8. arrested around 4:30 pm for indecent exposure on 100 block of Carnation Ave. Also: - The Coronado Police Also received this week one report each of prowling, vandalism, and telephone threats. They also made two arrests for public intoxication.
