Wells Fargo Program Reaps Early Rewards

A program “to get the economy moving again” by highlighting a local real estate agency each month at the Coronado branch of Wells Fargo has already reaped rewards after just one month. Branch manager Laura Taft said that customer response has been gratifying, and many have filled out coupons at the branch regarding property they are interested in

selling or buying. Highlighted in February is the Prudential California Realty’s local offices, at 101 Orange Ave., in the village, and 511 Grand Caribe Isle in Coronado Cays. A billboard, displaying Prudential listings, and a television video, showcase the realty in the bank’s lobby through which more than 1,000 customers pass each day, according to Ms. Taft. Prudential is the largest independently owned real estate group in California. Owners Ed and Marilyn Noonan, manager Sue Morrissey and Mary Sue Anderson represented their office at the inauguration of the display.. They joined with Wells Fargo mortgage loan consultant Linda Isner and Fred Eckert from Chicago Title insurance Co. in setting up the program..
