Tbe Hon. Horaoe Greeley having been cordially invited to deliver tbe Address at the Second An■cat. Statb Faib of Texas at the City of Houston, responded cheerfully, and his presence there crea ted a wonderful interest. Tbe Address is so able that we consider it a Valuable Document to lay before our readers entire, its length, however, compels us to give It in a series of Chapters. The Address was delivered in May last 23d. We publish from the carefully prepared copy, sent to us by the Society, and sent to us. Further notes of that Fair will be found in another part of our paper.
