THE PLOWMAN'S BEVERAGE.

We think we can recommend to those who are now at work in the Seeding Field, Plowing aud Sowmg their Grain or other Crops, a Beverage that will be found far better for tbem than Ale, Beer, or strong drinks of any kind—a drink too that will give them a greater refrething, and relieving tho thirit better, and at the same time actually give them additional itrength to labor.

The Beverage which we recommend Is Pmobi Lemonade. This drink is easily made, cost but a trifle, and is truly a valuable drink. It is made from the famed Altec Pinole, and made as follows :

To a Gallon of water add a quarter, or a half pound of the Pinole, thicker or thinner to please the taste, to tbis the juice of two Limes and tbe drink will be found the most deliciously nourishing tbat possibly could be mads, while tbe cost for one gallon will be less than ten eente.

We recommend tbis Beverage for all laboring men as worthy of a trial. Pinole is sold at the Groceries at 25 centi 2 ponnd papers.
