THE FEET.

There a-e no parti of the unman body that need more assiduous attention than the feet. If tbe eye>, can, lungi, or other more delicate organs become deranged, tbey give warning by ailment. lc la otherwise with the feet. Tbey may be neg« lected, or even abused, without any bad conaa* sjuencea being immediately felt. But, then, though not immediately felt, tbey will to a certainly be eventually felt, and felt vary aorely, too.

An exceaaive flow of blood to tbe head, extreme liability to cold, disordered digestion, and other numerous evils, are the results of Inattention to tbe feet. Tbe feet should be regularly washed and wiped every day.

Stockings should not be put on while tbere is the slightest moisture on the feet. The stockings absorb the moisture and gradually retnrn to the fiet, thereby causing them to feel cold and uncomfortable, and, wbat Is worse, when tbe feet art cold, circulation is interfered with, and tbewkole system, especially tbe brain, ia thrown into an abnormal atate.

Keep tbe feet clean and warm, tbe bead cool and the bowels open, and then it makes no differerence to you whether tbe physteiani be skillful or nor. If you wish to preserve your sys'om in good working order, be sure snd attend t > yonr feet.
