right with a radius of 613.14 feet through an angle of 9 degrees 52 min. and for a distance of 105.61 feet to a point, thence south 40 degrees 18 min. tance of 214.6 feet to a point; said point being also the beginning of a curve whose tangent at said point bears north 40 degrees 19 min. east; thence northeasterly curving to the left with a radius of 766.34 feet through an agle of 25 degrees 4 min. and for a distance of 335.17 feet to a point on a curve. The tangent to said curve at said point bears south 76 degrees 19 min. east; thence southeasterly curving to the right with a radius of 60 feet through an angle of 63 degrees 59 min. and for a distance of 67.00 feet to the point of beginning. That it is not deemed necessary that any land be taken therefor.
