Col. D. C. Collier, director-general of the San Diego Exposition, has been chosen to head the Roosevelt forces in Southern California, in %n organization known as the “Roosevelt for President League,” the offices of which have been opened at the headquarters of the United Republicans In the Metropolitan Building. E. H. Allen of this city, is secretary of' the league, and F. G. Cutler is assistant secretary.
