Resolution of Intention No. 738, adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Coronado, California, on the 16th day of January, 1923, and on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, for the improvement*' of that portion of the alley in Block No. 23, Coronado Beach South Island, from the Northerly line of “G” Avenue to the Southerly line of Olive Avenue in said City, Also for the improvement of that portion of the alley in Block No. 23, Coronado Beach South Island, from the Southerly line of Tenth Street to the Easterly line of that portion of the alley in Block No. 23 extending from the Northerly line of “G” Avenue to the Southerly line of Olive Avenue in said City. For a description of the work, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No< 738. All of said street work to be done as shown upon and according to the plans, drawings and specifications contained in Document Number 8, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and copies of which are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City and by reference thereto all said plans, drawings and specifications contained in said Document Number 8, are incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The costs and expenses of said work and improvement are to be assessed upon the district which is more particularly described in said Resolution of Intention No. 738. « The s&d Board of Trustees determined that serial bonds to extend over a period of Nine Years from the second day of January next succeeding their issuance, bearing interest at the rate of seven per cent, per annum shall be issued to represent assessments of Twenty-five Dollars or over for the cost of said work or improvement. For further particulars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No, 788. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing all the work hereinbefore described and ordered in said resolution ordering work to be presented to said Clerk at his office in the City Hall of said City, up to 3:30 o’clock, P. M. of Monday, the 16th day of April, 1923: a copy of which said plans, drawins and specifications contained in said Document Number 8 on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and copies of/which said Document Number 8, are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City, hereinbefore referred to, is posted herewith, marked “Exhibit A” and by reference thereto is incorporated herein and made a oart of this notice. All proposals or bids offered shall be accompanied by a check payable to the order of the President of the Board of Trustees of said city, certified by a responsible bank, or bond as is required by law, for an amount not less than ten per cent, of the aggregate of the proposal.
