The daughter of the plaintiff, it is alleged, sustained, in consequence of the carelessness of the Company's servants, injuries from which she d id. Daiages laid at EXI.IXX). After the close of plaintiff '* testimony, defendant moved for a judgment of non-suit, and after hearing plaintiff's attorney, said motion was taken under advisement by the Court, and the Jury was discbarged until Wednesday, March 15th.

Hoffman, for burglary, has been dismissed on motion of Prosecuting Attorney, it being found that the accused was inJ. V. Curie, who shot M. Stephens, has pleaded guilty to assault with a deadly weapon.
