JUDGE NAMES TWO FOR PROBATION COMMITTEE

Judge Curtis D. Wilbur, presiding justice of the juvenile court, announced two appointments to the county probation committee yesterday. Henry C. Dillon, a former Judge, was named to succeed C. C. Desmond, whose place was declared vacant because of his long absence in Europe. Rev. H. P. Kyland, pastor of the First Methodist church of Hollywood, was appointed to take the place of Miss Philathea Michelson, whose term has just expired.
