ATTY. EDMONDS OUT FOR ASSEMBLYMAN

Douglas L. Edmonds, an attorney with offices In the Security building, today announced his candidacy for assemblyman from the Sixty-third assembly district, on the Republican ticket. Edmonds has lived in the Wilshiro district for the last seven years and lias been prominently identified with the upbuilding of that section of the city. He lias been secretary of the Wilshire Improvement club for a number of years and is a member of the Wllshire Masonic lodge. He has been active in civic matters and has taken a leading part in political affairs, particularly as they applied to the Republican party. Edmonds is a native of Illinois, received his education In Colorado, attended the University of Southern California, and was admitted to the bar in 1910.
