In the Matter of Salary of Deputy County Health Officer: On motion made by Supervisor Clark, seconded by Supervisor Owens, it is ordered that the Salary of Deputy County Health Officer, Dr. Howard G. Martin, of Chowchilla, California, be. and the same is hereby fixed in the sum of $100.00 per Year commencing July 1st, 1926. In the Matter of County Aid: On motion made by Supervisor Clark, seconded by Supervisor Krohn. it is ordered that Phoebe E. Lovine, be, and she is hereby allowed County aid in the sum if $20.00 per month commenclng November 1st, 1926. In (la* Matter of Contract H Bond for Construction Asli Slough Bridge; On motion made by Supervisor Clark, seconded by Supervisor Krohn, motion carried and it is ordered that the Chairman of this Board, be, and he is hereby instructed to sign Contract and approve bond for the construction of a Bridge over Ash Slough In Sec. 18, T. 9 S„ R. 17 E„ Second Road District. In the Matter of Contagious Ward, ’County Hospital: On motion made by Supervisor Krohn, seconded by Supervisor Clark, motion carried and it Is ordered that County Surveyor J. O. Rue, be, and he is hereby instructed to prepare plans and specifications for the construction of a Contagious Ward at the Madera County Hospital. In the Matter of Leon Undheek Rood, Second Road District: On motion made by Supervisor Krohn, seconded by Supervisor Clark, it is ordered that the Petition and Bond of Leon Lindbeck and others for a public Road in District No. 2. be, and the same is hereby approved and County Surveyor J. O. Rue, August Pretzel and E. Hollingsworth, be, and | they are hereby appointed Viewers. : In the Matter of H. K. Spires Road, Second District; On motion made by Supervisor | Clark, seconded by Supervisor Krohn, it Is ordered that the Highways shown in the H. E. Spires et al., Road in the Second Road District, be. and the same is hereby declared a Public Highway and dedicated to Public use. and it is further ordered that the District Attorney of Madera County be and he is hereby instructed to commence Condemnation proceedings against all non-| consenting land owners on said Road.
