Voting Age Debate on KVCR-TY KVCR-TV's "Reaching Out With PTA" features a debate, by local high school students, on the possibilities of lowering the voting age today at 7:30 p.m. Featured in the debate are four members of the San Gorgonio High School debating team. They are: Linda Leebrook and Tom Williams (pro) and Ralph Nadel and Terri Holeomb (.con). The debate centers on the general theme of lowering the voting age and not on any particular proposed measure. KVCR general manager Edward Rothhaar moderates the debate and Margaret Van Voorhis hosts the program which will be rebroadcast Thursday at 8 p.m. Tom Williams is a semifinalist in the Eastern Division of the Southern California Edison college scholarship program; Linda Leebrook is director of student activities for the school's student council; Terri Holeomb was the school's Tachikawa exchange student to Japan last summer, and Ralph Nadel is a member of the National Honor Society.
